The location it offers is strategic and good, just off restaurant, Teluk Batik beach, shop and restaurants, and Marina Island & Teluk Batik. The hotel has extremely spacious rooms with coffee table and seaview, for instance. The employees are all nice👌

It was a nice hotel, welcome base for staycation in Lumut. The location was strategic and favourable, for example, a laid-back resort was within easy walking distance of the property. We appreciated the breakfast.

Amazing view from the balcony, we could see the ocean and some hills at a distance. The room was very spacious, with plenty of space to move around. , the staff was friendly and accommodated our needs fairly quickly. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance such as restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed the calmness of the area as we were looking for a quiet city break.
There were some drawbacks to our stay, such as the not so clean unit. We encountered some dust and debris on the floor which caused allergies.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the view from the room was pretty. the staff was kind enough to upgrade my room when the AC wasn't working properly.
The room had no towels provided, and there was dust on the furniture. the pool could have been cleaner, and there were concerns about the safety of the location.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it has nearby shops with various options. the rooms are spacious, with a coffee table and kitchen sink in the family suite. A shower gel is provided in the bathroom.
Some of the hotel staff had poor manners, and the housekeeping service was unsatisfactory.

The room at Marina Heights Hotel & Residences was spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was pretty.
I had to wait for the staff for more than half an hour before I could check in. There was no staff at the counter initially, and when they finally arrived, they didn't apologize for the delay.
